Onsite Sr. Inventory Coordinator

Assist in the set‑up of new stocking locations. Receive, inspect, label, organize, and put away orders from RDC and direct supplier shipments. Monitor and update signage and labels as needed. Review, maintain, and adjust inventory stocking levels according to demand increases and decreases. Monitor Received Stock, UOM, and 90‑Day No‑Move reports monthly. Review backorders daily. Assist end users with sourcing products, expediting, and other customer service needs. Utilize IM and SAP to source requests and needs. Ensure 5S principles are followed in managing the POU inventory. Respond promptly and professionally to all emails and voicemails regarding business questions. Enter or delete products from the Inventory Manager system using the Change Control Form as needed. Qualifications Education: High school diploma required. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of material handling and inventory replenishment experience required. Preferred: Microsoft Teams experience; experience using Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP. Strong computer literacy and experience working with various software systems. Ability to manage and maintain stock levels in a high‑powered environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
