Marketing Lead - Global Supply

Purpose of the Job As the Marketing Lead - Global Supply at Doceree, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate the growth of Doceree's Supply business. This leadership role will be responsible for elevating Doceree's position across the programmatic advertising ecosystem, strengthening relationships with supply‑side partners, and driving awareness of our expanding omnichannel capabilities across CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH, and emerging media. You’ll partner closely with Business Development, Operations, Product, and Executive Leadership teams to develop compelling go‑to‑market strategies, thought leadership, partner marketing initiatives, sales enablement, events, and industry communications that position Doceree as the preferred healthcare media partner for leading health systems, point‑of‑care platforms, publishers, SSPs, exchanges, and technology providers. Your leadership will play a critical role in bringing Doceree's Supply vision to market - building brand awareness, supporting strategic partnerships, enabling commercial growth, and ensuring marketing directly contributes to the continued expansion of our global supply network. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that support the growth of Doceree's global Supply business and strengthen market positioning. Partner closely with Supply, Business Development, Product, and Sales teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies for new partnerships, inventory, and channel expansion. Lead partner marketing initiatives with health systems, point‑of‑care platforms, publishers, SSPs, exchanges, and technology providers to drive awareness and commercial impact. Create compelling sales enablement materials, thought leadership, case studies, presentations, and industry content that supports business development efforts. Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and partner activations that elevate Doceree's Supply brand. Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate platform capabilities into compelling messaging for the supply ecosystem. Leverage marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize programs, and identify new growth opportunities. Build scalable marketing programs that increase brand visibility, partner engagement, and pipeline generation for the Supply organization. Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within AdTech, programmatic advertising, media, or digital advertising, with strong exposure to the supply‑side ecosystem. Experience marketing to health systems, point‑of‑care platforms, publishers, SSPs, exchanges, and technology providers preferred. Proven success developing integrated marketing campaigns, partner marketing initiatives, and go‑to‑market strategies. Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH, and emerging channels. Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Business Development, Operations, Product and Executive Leadership teams. Data‑driven marketer with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing marketing programs. Proven ability to develop and execute B2B marketing and go‑to‑market strategies that drive commercial growth. Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including health systems, point‑of‑care platforms, publishers, SSPs, exchanges, and technology providers, and emerging media channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Business Development, Operations, Product and Executive Leadership teams. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to measure, optimize, and improve marketing performance.
