We are looking for an attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to join a high-performing mass tort practice in SE Denver, Colorado. If you are qualified for this role, please send your resume to View email address on job-api.jobget.com[dot][com] for immediate consideration.Responsibilities:• Oversee a portfolio of mass tort and class action cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial resolution.• Research legal issues and prepare persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings to support case strategy.• Partner with senior litigators to assess claims, refine legal arguments, and address complicated procedural and substantive matters.• Participate in witness interviews, depositions, discovery planning, and evidence development to strengthen case outcomes.• Contribute to motion practice and trial readiness by organizing materials, preparing arguments, and supporting courtroom presentation efforts.• Represent clients with professionalism and sound judgment while maintaining a strong focus on advocacy and client care.
