You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Create sales proposals to present to customersDocument sales funnel activity in company CRM Qualifications Previous experience in sales or sales engineer capacity Familiarity with CRM platforms Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred as well as IT security basics Strong negotiation skills General understanding of telephony (voice services) #J-18808-Ljbffr
