Schedule: Choose what works for you - full-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (20–25 hrs/week) in the field across Connecticut. Shifts run weekday afternoons into the early evening, when people are home — a natural fit around classes, another job, or family time.

Compensation: A guaranteed base of $16.94 an hour for every hour you work, plus an uncapped bonus for the results you drive. Full-time reps typically earn around $60,000 a year, with top performers earning over $90,000; part-time earnings scale with your hours and results — solid pay for a few shifts a week.

About the Role

Modern Milkman started on a real farm. Our US story begins at Oakridge Dairy in Ellington, Connecticut, a fifth-generation family farm. We deliver farm-fresh milk, dairy, and everyday essentials straight to people's doors, sourced from local farms and independent producers you can name. We're looking for field sales reps to join our Connecticut team and be the face of the brand on the ground, winning new customers and introducing them to a better way to get groceries.

This role is door to door selling. Most of your time is spent on foot in neighborhoods across Connecticut, having real conversations on the doorstep and turning interest into sign-ups. It's a great fit if you're a student building your schedule around classes, working another job and want extra income on the side, or simply prefer a lighter weekly commitment — pick full-time or part-time hours, and your earnings are tied directly to your results, on top of a guaranteed hourly floor.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn a base of $16.94 an hour for every hour you work, whatever happens. On top of that sits a simple, uncapped bonus based on the number and quality of your sales. Full-time reps typically earn around $60,000 a year, with top performers earning over $90,000. Part-time reps earn on the same base-plus-bonus structure, scaled to their hours. There's no cap on the bonus, and you're paid weekly by direct deposit.

Key Responsibilities

• Knock doors across Connecticut neighborhoods and start genuine conversations about Modern Milkman and what we deliver
• Sign up new customers on the spot using our digital tools
• Hit your weekly sales targets (pro-rated to your scheduled hours) and help grow your territory
• Plan your territory factoring in permit requirements, operational efficiencies and the rotation of ZIPs
• Join daily training and teamwork sessions including pitch practice, and support and give feedback to new team members
• Consistently hit your targets for doors knocked, answered doors, pitches, closes and sales
• Look after your branded uniform and equipment, and return everything in good condition
• Share your results and what you're hearing in the field with your manager

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a warm, confident manner with the public
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and managing your own performance
• Resilient and able to handle rejection. Not every door says yes, and the best reps keep going
• Happy to be out on foot every day, in all weather
• A valid US driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Travel between neighborhoods and events across Connecticut is essential
• Availability that fits your chosen schedule (full-time or part-time), including some weekday afternoons/evenings and occasional weekends
• The right to work in the United States
• Experience is a plus but not required. Door to door or field sales, political or community canvassing, solar sales, charity street fundraising, retail, and hospitality are all great backgrounds. We'll train and support you.
