Senior HR Specialist / HR Generalist
Onsite: Stirling, VA
M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 We are seeking a collaborative and hands-on HR professional to support day-to-day human resources operations for a growing organization. This role will focus heavily on recruiting, employee engagement, benefits administration, onboarding, and general HR support while partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is adaptable, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning established internal processes and procedures. - Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and new hire paperwork including I-9 and E-Verify processing
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
- Partner with managers and leadership on employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support HR projects and additional duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- 5-8+ years of HR generalist, HR specialist, or HR manager experience
- Strong recruiting and employee relations experience preferred
- Experience with onboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, and HR administration
- Ability to adapt to established processes and workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Payroll responsibilities may be introduced over time after onboarding and training
