What You'll Do Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation Review invoice coding and obtain necessary approvals Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries Prepare and process vendor payments Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems Support month-end close activities and reporting as needed Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams What We're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong understanding of invoice processing and three-way matching Experience working with ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Up to $28/hour, depending on experience Stable, established manufacturing environment Collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow and expand your accounting skillset All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
