About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense (OEM) to join their team. This high-impact leadership role is focused on defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients in the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance. The role requires a deep sector expertise in defense systems and a proven track record in the industry. Key objectives include delivering sustained revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and owning end-to-end client account management. The position demands a leader who can build and scale high-performing account teams, drive strategic account plans, and ensure rigorous oversight of account performance. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of a BA/BS +12 years' experience, or equivalent, with at least 4 years' of leadership experience. U.S. citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the work. The ideal candidate will have a background in advanced manufacturing, be commercially astute, and possess executive stakeholder engagement skills. The role also involves team leadership, capability building, and brand and market engagement. The candidate should be adept at leading complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery, and have a strong commercial knowledge of the Prime System Integrator industry in relation to infrastructure needs.
