About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense Prime/OEM Facilities and Vertical Construction. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes and OEM clients in the areas of vertical construction, facilities delivery, and architectural and engineering design. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of facility types, including manufacturing and final assembly facilities, hangars, MRO facilities, training facilities, and secure facilities compliant with specific government standards. The role demands a professional with a background in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline, who has a proven track record in direct delivery of vertical construction projects for Defense Primes and OEM clients. The ideal candidate will have a commercial understanding of the industry, leadership experience across geographies, and a history of success in client relationships, growth strategy, and delivery performance. While the primary focus is on the US market, the role also involves interaction with other regions. The position requires a candidate with a BA/BS + 20 years' experience, including 4 years in a leadership role, and a strong preference for those with a background in advanced manufacturing and direct project experience in the specific facility types mentioned. The role is not suited for individuals with a background solely in IT, cybersecurity, digital systems integration, or general business development without hands-on A&E design or delivery experience.
