We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.
** Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.** Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week)! At The Woodhouse Day Spa, we strive to create a unique and exceptional experience for every guestand we cant do that without passionate, talented team members who love what they do. " Youve gotta do what you love!" Our Travel Spa Coordinators truly make the world go roundand we love that! More specifically, our qualified Travel Spa Coordinator:
- Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
- Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
- Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
- Supports the General Manager and leadership team
- Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
- Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed
- Meevo experience required or highly preferred
- Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
