Billing Coordinator

Talon Air is a Part 135 operator headquartered in Farmingdale, operating a diverse fleet of more than 40 aircraft, including the Bombardier Global 6000, Bombardier Global 5000, Gulfstream G550, Gulfstream G450, Gulfstream V, Gulfstream IV-SP, Bombardier Challenger 604, Bombardier Challenger 605, Bombardier Challenger 3500, Dassault Falcon 2000, Hawker 4000, Gulfstream G200, and Citation platforms. • Prepare and process client invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review flight activity, trip expenses, fuel charges, catering, and other operational costs for billing purposes.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Accounting, Charter Sales, and Aircraft Management teams to ensure accurate billing data.
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to client and internal billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and payment tracking.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

• 1+ years of billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or related administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
