, your days will revolve around outbound calling, sales presentations, multiline selling, and getting out into the community to build new relationships. You’ll talk with customers about what they need, learn how to match those needs with the right insurance solutions, and keep pushing yourself to improve. On-the-job training gives you the support to learn, while the culture keeps things fun, focused, and competitive. We’re looking for people who want to bet on themselves and become great at what they do. The goal isn’t simply to have a job. There’s a path to make this a long-term career, including the potential to become your own agent. The base salary is $40,000

, with first-year earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000. You’ll also have PTO, a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, hybrid work availability, licensing assistance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
