Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and health insurance industry, is seeking a Commercial Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative marketing team. As a key team member, you will support day-to-day marketing initiatives, contribute to campaign planning and execution, and help ensure the smooth delivery of marketing programs across channels. In this role, the Commercial Marketing Specialist will support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives while helping drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across all deliverables. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and external vendors, to bring campaigns to life and ensure alignment with overall business goals. This position offers exposure to a wide range of marketing functions, including campaign strategy, email marketing, content development, and performance analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional looking to grow their experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Support email marketing strategy and execution for key audiences, including building and maintaining editorial calendars, drafting content, segmenting audiences, managing frequency, and tracking performance.
• Help manage and optimize email workflows, including updating templates, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Draft, format, and review marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Support the deployment and distribution of content across internal and external platforms.
• Contribute to creative brief development by gathering insights, organizing inputs, and clarifying campaign objectives.
• Assist in the creation and organization of marketing assets, including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, event materials, and digital content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, writers, etc.) to support asset development and delivery timelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure marketing materials meet brand, style, and regulatory standards.
• Distribute marketing materials to internal stakeholders and field teams as needed.
• Analyze and summarize campaign performance data, including email metrics and audience engagement trends.
• Support research efforts such as audience insights, competitive analysis, and marketing best practices.
• Provide cross-functional support across marketing initiatives, including events, content updates, and campaign execution.
• Manage shared marketing inboxes by routing requests and responding to basic inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining templates, updating trackers, and organizing marketing resources.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational understanding of marketing principles and channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), or social media tools.
• Familiarity with marketing creative briefs and brand standards.
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, especially in B2B or regulated industries.
• Interest in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
