About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Enterprise Systems VP/GM. This pivotal role is at the heart of the business, transforming strategic priorities into coordinated action across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. The successful candidate will be an operator, owning the rhythm of business, and running high-visibility cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include setting and driving the operating cadence for leadership, preparing them for key moments, and leading strategic initiatives that span multiple functions. The Chief of Staff will also be a trusted proxy for leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that the organization is focused on the right priorities and executing effectively. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategy & operations, program management, or a related field with exposure to executive-level work. The role requires a proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, executive-caliber communication skills, and the ability to operate with ambiguity. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree being a plus. Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, storage, or hardware product organizations, and familiarity with data and BI tools, are preferred.
