About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of a multi-brand, quick-service restaurant group, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence, consistent execution, and a top-tier guest experience. This hands-on, results-driven role demands a strategic leader who can drive growth through new restaurant openings, enhance training and people development programs, and leverage data to achieve measurable performance results. The President will also be tasked with maintaining brand standards, health and safety compliance, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, including managing operations across multiple brands and regions. A strong background in restaurant operations, financial management, and a proven track record in a leadership role within the hospitality sector are essential. The role requires excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on aligning teams to the company's strategy and values. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is desirable. The President will work closely with other divisional leaders, the finance director, the IT department, and the chief development officer to ensure the division's financial performance, identify technological trends, and strategically plan for the opening of new stores.
