You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.99 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, customer areas, employee spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, directing guests and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
