Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering trust and a safe space for communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health, identifying key issues that affect their quality of life.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the clients’ circumstances.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure the effectiveness of therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide educational materials and resources to empower clients in understanding and managing their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and practices.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• Ability to work autonomously while remaining well-integrated in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification in addiction therapy or substantial experience in the field of substance abuse treatment.

• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, and other relevant therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
