Job Title: Production Lead 3rd Pay:$ 20.00 -$ 21.00 Location: South East Side of San Antonio, TX Job Description Operates and leads multiple pieces of production line equipment across various areas during the 3rd shift, including assembling and disassembling equipment based on production schedules. Coordinates labor on food production lines under supervisor/manager direction to meet production targets while maintaining efficiency and workflow. Accurately documents production downtime, machine setting changes, and materials used during each production run. Trains and supports production employees on equipment operation, safety practices, and quality standards while clearly explaining processes and answering questions. Monitors line performance, troubleshoots basic issues, communicates with leadership, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures. Requires 2+ years of food manufacturing experience, 6+ months leadership (supervising 10–30 employees), ability to operate equipment, work overnight shifts, and manage tasks with strong organizational and communication skills.
