Make a Real Impact – Join Our Team as a Support Partner!As a Support Partner, you'll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion.As a Support Partner, you are partnering with someone to help them live their best life! Responsibilities will include:Verbal prompting and proactive support in community settingsHelping develop independent skills (budgeting, meal planning, shopping, riding the bus)Connecting to community groups and activitiesSupporting with school tasks (time management, navigating campus, transportation)A college student who loves theater, humor, and video games.
