Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients through virtual counseling sessions. The work schedule is designed to provide a balanced work-life integration, with regular hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify individual care needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional challenges related to aging, such as depression, anxiety, and grief.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that support the holistic well-being of each geriatric resident.

• Deliver grief and loss counseling services to residents and their families, offering support during difficult end-of-life issues and transitions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards and organization guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
