Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing counselors to interact with clients through Telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly patients, identifying their unique emotional and care needs to support individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions focused on issues such as grief, loss, and adjustment to various life transitions, promoting coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create comprehensive care plans that integrate mental health and behavioral needs for better outcomes in geriatric care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
