Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible working schedule, enabling counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while operating remotely. The workweek is organized from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You will collaborate with a supportive team of mental health professionals, sharing best practices and innovative strategies to enhance treatment outcomes for elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify their emotional, social, and psychological needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions aimed at helping seniors navigate the emotional challenges related to aging, including grief, loss, and life transitions.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to craft and implement detailed care plans that address each client’s unique needs.
