Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for geriatric clients to identify their specific psychological and emotional needs.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions that address issues such as grief, loneliness, and adjustment to age-related changes.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and adjust care plans, ensuring every elderly client receives holistic treatment aligned with their needs.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding strategies to promote emotional resilience and quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
