Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities Partner with Business Advisors to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies Collaborate with HR teams for team objectives Advise and coach employees and managers on HR functions Analyze employee data supporting talent management activities Provide training on policies and procedures Support complex HR transactions including job changes, promotions, and restructures Requirements Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3 years+ as an HR Business Partner/Manager or 1+ years with masters 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience in lieu of a degree General knowledge of Minnesota Labor Laws Ability to build strong business partnerships Strong communication skills in small and large groups Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) #J-18808-Ljbffr
