RECEIVING CLERK

$22 | $24/hour We’re hiring a Receiving Clerk to help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory records, and daily warehouse operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments Coordinate with outside storage facilities, vendors, and carriers Direct dock door traffic and help keep receiving operations organized Audit, post, and file shipping and receiving receipts Enter inventory adjustments and maintain accurate inventory records Manage UPS shipments for sample orders Reconcile physical inventory with system records Verify case counts and shipping documentation Process store returns and related reports Resolve shipping and receiving issues with internal and external teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Experience with inventory or shipping software preferred Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required

SCHEDULE

Weekday schedule with flexibility as needed Some weekend flexibility may be required
