Position: Senior Systems Engineer Location: Riverside, CA Start Date: July2026 (contingent on contract award) Employment: Full‑time CONUS/OCONUS Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required What You’ll Do Evaluate and analyze C4I communications capabilities, including system performance, interoperability, and operational effectiveness Assess C4I infrastructure capacity and identify improvements to support mission requirements Analyze integration of radar, sensor inputs, and IP‑based communications systems Support engineering efforts related to system upgrades, enhancements, and technology refresh initiatives Troubleshoot complex system issues across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications environments Provide technical recommendations to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance Support configuration management and system baseline control processes Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless system integration Support installation, testing, and validation of new systems and enhancements Participate in technical reviews, engineering assessments, and mission planning activities Ensure compliance with security requirements, operational procedures, and system standards What You’ll Bring Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 10+ years of relevant experience Experience evaluating C4I communications capability and interoperability Experience evaluating C4I infrastructure capacity, bandwidth analysis, and compliance with industry standards Experience overseeing and verifying system, network, and communications wiring diagrams and data flow documentation Technical Expertise: Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Certifications: Current and active DoD Secret security clearance Proficiency with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies Travel & Passport Both CONUS and OCONUS travel by motor vehicle and/or air may be required; some overnight stays possible OCONUS locations include Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Active passport required for OCONUS travel or living requirements Work Environment Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR Requires working in a stressful environment with conflict, strict deadlines, focus, and attention to detail Office Setting Primarily office‑based role in Riverside, CA Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site Work is physically comfortable; discretion on sitting, walking, standing May travel short distances to offices, conference rooms, and buildings on site Background & Security Employment contingent upon successful background investigation Alcohol and drug screening may be required for federal contract compliance Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and critical illness insurance 401(k) immediate vesting and match Paid time off and company holidays Generous tuition and training support Relocation assistance Sign‑on and performance‑based bonuses Employee referral program Access to wellness initiatives and more We are an equal opportunity employer.
