Basic Qualifications

• Experience coordinating work assignments across manufacturing activities or work areas.
• Experience supporting employee hiring, selection, training, and performance assessment.
• Experience coaching, communicating with, and developing team members.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.
• Experience using performance metrics or data to guide decisions.

Standard Job Description

Role Overview

Lead multiple areas of a manufacturing operation, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, or packaging. You'll coordinate employees and work assignments while supporting hiring, training, performance management, and day-to-day team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage more than one manufacturing function or work area.
• Coordinate employee work assignments across assigned areas.
• Support recruitment and selection of manufacturing employees.
• Train and develop team members.
• Assess employee performance and provide appropriate feedback.
• Support employee recognition and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to help the team meet operational goals.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00
