Step into a pivotal role supporting students and educational teams as an Interim Case Manager for a contract position. This opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise as a Social Worker, School Psychologist, or Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant to provide essential services in an educational setting. Based near Hillsborough, NJ, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment, guiding student progress and ensuring continuity of care over the course of this interim assignment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a Social Worker, School Psychologist, or Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC)
• Experience working in school-based settings
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Understanding of current best practices for supporting students with learning differences
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as interim case manager for assigned students, maintaining and updating case files
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and implement appropriate supports
• Facilitate meetings, including IEPs and student support discussions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
• Provide direct support to students as appropriate within your certification
• Contribute to developing and implementing student-centered intervention plans
