Recruiting Coordinator

Fairfield, CA

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM Start Time

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a great candidate experience? We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a respected healthcare organization and play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and partnering with leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned openings
• Create and manage job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms
• Review applications and ensure candidate records are complete and accurate
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed
• Maintain recruiting calendars and assist with workforce planning activities
• Support temporary staffing and contingent workforce hiring needs
• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, employees, and external partners

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM start time
• Fully onsite in Fairfield during the first 90 days
• Hybrid schedule available after 90 days:
  • Week 1: 2 days onsite
  • Week 2: 3 days onsite

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,CA.
