Field Supervisor - JanitorialThe Field Supervisor - Janitorial are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. To include ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constantly patrolling of the Terminal, Ramp, Cargo Area. Shift: 1st shift: 6:30am-2:30pmPAY $22.00 - $24.00 Per HourThe pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2025 Employee Benefits | Staff and Management Team MembersResponsibilities-Assist with the training of the cleaning team. -Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.-Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.-Report work orders for maintenance. -Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.-Complete order forms completely and accurately.-Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.-Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.-Maintain daily shift report for managers.-Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required).-Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.-Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks. -Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.-Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered. -Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests. -Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.-Performs other duties as assigned or requested.Qualifications-Good communication skills both written and verbal.-Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.-Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.About UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
