Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference supporting PreK-5th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic elementary school environment. This is a contract opportunity for enthusiastic SLPs to work in-person, providing essential speech and language services throughout the school year. With a manageable caseload and a structured schedule, you’ll have the tools and support to help young learners thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) to practice in California
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates may be considered
• Previous school-based experience with elementary students is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide in-person services as required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency disorders
• Manage a caseload of up to 55 students, ensuring quality, individualized services
• Develop IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and hold IEP meetings as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress and generalization of communication skills within the school setting
• Document progress, maintain case records, and ensure legal and ethical compliance
• Participate in scheduled school hours from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, with a 7.75-hour workday and 30-minute duty-free lunch
