Responsibilities include providing customer service, managing records, coordinating communications, scheduling, processing transactions, maintaining accounts, and supporting departmental operations. Information Technology & Systems Positions Information technology professionals at the College support critical systems that enable academic programs, administrative functions, and student services. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining systems, supporting enterprise applications, analyzing business needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving system functionality. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must be eligible to take a civil service exam and appear on the Civil Service eligible list. Positions are competitive titles and require successful completion of the required exam. HIRING SALARY Positions listed are part of the Suffolk County Civil Service classifications. Compensation is based on the collective bargaining agreement between the College and the Association of Municipal Employees (AME).
