LA Sports World is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Coach to join our team. What You’ll Do As a Head Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering fun, safe, and engaging sports programs for children. Here’s what your responsibilities will include: Event Leadership : Manage group activities, ensuring a positive and organized experience for all participants. Equipment Management : Safely load, unload, and transport sports equipment using a 170-inch-wheelbase cargo van. Setup and Breakdown : Handle event setup and cleanup to maintain smooth operations. Client and Parent Communication : Serve as the main point of contact, providing excellent communication to parents and clients. Independent Work : Confidently manage events and tasks on your own while maintaining high standards of professionalism. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications: Experience : At least 3 years of experience in youth sports, physical education, camps, recreation, or event leadership. Age and Driving Requirements : Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and confidence driving a cargo van throughout Los Angeles. Physical Capability : Ability to safely lift and move sports equipment and perform event setup and breakdown. Transportation : Reliable transportation to our equipment location is required. Leadership Skills : Comfortable working independently, managing groups of children, and communicating effectively with parents and clients. Certifications : CPR/First Aid certification is strongly preferred. Availability : Weekday afternoons, weekends, school breaks, and summer programming availability is especially valuable.
