• Monday : 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday : 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Wednesday : 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Thursday : 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Friday : 9:00am - 3:00pm (off when working Saturday)
• Saturday : 8:00am - 2:00pm (1/month September to June only!)

• Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care
• Answering phones promptly and responding to messages
• Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
• Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations.
• Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider's treatment plan.
• Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed
• Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations.

• Minimum two years' experience with treatment planning in a dental setting required.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules as required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Range: $25/hr - $30/hr
