Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans and targeted outreach campaigns to build robust talent pools. Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract passive and active mission-aligned candidates. Collaborate closely with department heads and program managers to define job specifications and understand unique team needs.
