Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a confident and personable Account Representative to join our Baton Rouge team.

In this role, you will work directly with clients, support account relationships, assist with customer needs, and help ensure a consistently professional experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their communication, client relations, and business development skills while growing within an expanding organization.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
Serve as a professional point of contact for account-related questions and requests
Communicate information clearly and accurately to clients
Assist with account coordination and day-to-day customer needs
Identify client concerns and work toward effective solutions
Maintain accurate account information and activity records
Collaborate with team members to support company and client objectives
Follow up with clients and help maintain a high standard of service
Represent Catch Vibe Voice with professionalism and confidence
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Additional Information

Competitive salary of $50,000 – $55,000 per year
