Compensation:

$107,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Assist in the preparation of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing.
• Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing homes to prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to generate leads and build a robust client network.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity and transparency at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in using digital tools and platforms to engage with clients and manage leads.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new real estate market trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex negotiations with ease.
