We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
Meet with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments provided by the team
Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems
Guide buyers through property tours, market education, and the home-buying process
Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes
Track your daily activities and performance metrics
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
Active Texas real estate license OR actively pursuing your license and committed to completing the process
Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for a sales career
Good communication skills and professional presence
Willingness to attend training and follow established team systems
Nice-to-Haves
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Basic familiarity with technology tools
