Job Description
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the startup, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems and controls. This role ensures equipment operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Start up, install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and controls.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Communicate with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
- Complete daily service documentation and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with commercial HVAC systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- EPA Certification and OSHA 10 preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
