Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join their Rochester , NY Team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

• Perform installation of furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, water heaters etc. for residential clients
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• 2-5+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The starting base range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
