Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Core Responsibilities Perform daily tasks (i.e., sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.). Maintain daily supplies (i.e., filling soap, paper towel & toilet paper dispensers). Provide supervisor with a list of supplies used as well as supplies to be re-ordered. Perform minor repairs. Keep floors and walkways clear (to include, but not limited to, picking up paper clips, pieces of paper, etc. in office areas). Keep the entire facility (office areas, restrooms, and shop) clean and presentable. Keep the supervisor informed of any abnormal conditions. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by your supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing general housekeeping duties as needed. Perform duties and tasks while following all safety protocols. Work and communicate efficiently with all co-workers. Job Requirements / Qualifications Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
