Job Description Job Title: Packaging Technician Location: Wilson, NC Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Onsite Compensation: $25/Hour Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)10.5-hour per day PACKAGING TECHNICIAN OVERVIEW Seeking a Packaging Technician to safely set up, operate, and clean packaging equipment while maintaining strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA, and DEA guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize packaging equipment in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Follow Master Batch Records for packaging oral solid dose (OSD) and other dosage forms. Perform in-process inspections and testing to ensure quality standards. Clean and sanitize packaging equipment, parts, components, and rooms. Complete accurate documentation following GMP guidelines. Process labeling and components (counting, transfers, FIFO, returns) during packaging process. Maintain safe work practices and collaborate effectively with team members. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of pharmaceutical or packaging experience preferred (OSD/serialization a plus). Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic math. Understanding of the metric system. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
