Maintenance MechanicThe Maintenance Mechanic performs maintenance, preventative maintenance, changeovers, adjustments, troubleshooting, minor and major repair of production and packaging equipment and assures electrical and mechanical systems function adequately to minimize down time. The technician must adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and plant quality, safety, and documentation systems requirements and other related duties essential to the operation or special assignments as required.Hourly Range: $20.49 - $30.21 Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.Our benefits and programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, employee assistance program, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining robotic systems, vision systems, bar code verification equipment, and line control managementTroubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical and programming components, including PLC, servo drives and related components, as used in manufacturing and packaging equipmentProperly resourcing and using manuals, SOPs, specifications, vendor contacts, and other workplace aidsCompleting corrective actions and preventative actions to include predictive maintenanceActively communicating equipment status, work assignments and other related information with manufacturing and other cross functional stakeholders.Preparing documents to include maintenance, quality, production change control requirements, and other documents/reports as deemed appropriatePromoting safe work practicesCompeting assigned training in a timely mannerTraining new and existing personnel as requiredParticipating in workplace continuous improvement projectsMonitoring the work of others to include OEM technicians and contracted vendorsScheduling, organizing work methods, materials and partsOther duties as assignedWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401K with company contribution, and wellness program.Please note that joining our team does not create a guaranteed or permanent employment arrangement.
