If you are passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manufacturing and support processes according to SOPs and GMP standards.Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.Complete documentation in SOPs, logbooks, and other GMP documents accurately.Support production schedules and ensure materials are available for production.Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety codes and EHS policies.Participate in audit preparation and process improvements.Foster a team-oriented approach and demonstrate leadership skills.Requirements0-3 years of experience or trade school equivalent.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and solve practical problems.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic supply chain environment.Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods.Previous GMP experience/knowledge and at least 1 year of prior experience.PreferencesKnowledge of chromatography and continuous improvement experience.Familiarity with SAP and prior experience with Batch Records.This is a full-time onsite role in Wilson, NC, with potential for shift changes in 2027.
