Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hollow Haven Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in compliance with departmental policies and legal requirements.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing treatment plans with team members based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Consulting with clients' family members and support networks to coordinate treatment and discharge planning effectively.
\n
• Creating individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Providing regular counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques adapted to the individual needs of patients, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments in therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, accredited by the relevant state authorities.

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, along with strong computer skills including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and effective time management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n
