We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Rate: $15/hour Key Responsibilities Answers incoming calls and responds accurately to inquiries regarding hours of operation, activity descriptions, event locations and other general information. Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures. Processes guest requests by faxing, mailing, or emailing activity information. Creates, organizes and manages various reservation books. Follows set criteria to ensure proper and consistent reservations. Prepares daily appointment sheet for each activity. Performs all recreation activities including programs, holiday, and special events. Communicates with outside service personnel regarding appointments. Greets and directs office traffic. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications Regular and reliable work attendance.
