Role Overview: The Store Manager oversees overall store performance, ensuring maximum sales, profitability, and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include managing expenses, human resources, and operating costs, while maintaining store standards and handling escalated customer issues. Key Duties Lead and motivate team members, set expectations, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with policies through regular meetings and store audits. Analyze business trends, develop strategies to meet sales and profit goals, and control inventory. Maintain excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of sales management experience in automotive or related industries. Proven success in team leadership, business development, and achieving sales and profit targets. Strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning abilities. Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain or hold a State Inspector License.
