Through educational workshops, television, radio, digital marketing, and other proven lead‑generation strategies, we create opportunities and put appointments directly on your calendar. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys meeting with prospective clients, building long‑term relationships, delivering personalized financial guidance, and helping clients navigate important financial decisions—without the burden of cold calling or constant prospecting. Position Summary The Lead Financial Advisor is responsible for developing new client relationships and providing ongoing service and advice to existing clients. This position focuses on conducting client meetings, analyzing retirement and investment strategies, performing portfolio and risk assessments, and delivering recommendations designed to help clients achieve their financial objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, technologically proficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
