PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM to support ongoing enterprise initiatives and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration solutions.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.
- Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze integrations, data conversions, workflows, and cross-functional impacts.
- Contribute to project governance, scope management, risk assessment, and change control activities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query.
- Knowledge of Integration Broker, Component Interfaces (CI), workflow functionality, and module configuration.
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
- Consulting experience within complex enterprise environments.
