MD² is hiring a Senior HR Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team in our Bellevue, MD² office. The person we are looking for thrives in a professional and fast-paced environment. You’re a motivated self-starter with five (5) years of benefits management experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional customer service.

?????????A day in the life:?????????
In this position, you will be managing the benefits and related vendors for both our medical offices and internal operations:
- Leading the open enrollment processes for all MD² offices, including managing the online benefits platform and broker relationships.
- Onboarding new offices into the HRIS Paylocity (HR and Payroll, and Time and Labor) and all ancillary benefit programs, including FSA, long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, and 401(K)
- Overseeing the LOA (leave of absence) process (maternity, STD, other)
- Initiating and managing workers' compensation programs, including audits and claims
- Direct 401(K) Audit with CPA firm
- Address all escalated medical/dental/vision benefits-related issues
- Proactively implement process improvements utilizing technology and best practices

Requirements:Education and Experience Required
- Minimum five (5) years of benefits administration experience
- Experience in small group benefits
- Familiarity with a variety of carrier and state rules and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity and Employee Navigator familiarity are a plus
- Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to pass a background check
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
